Shipping policy

You will receive a shipment confirmation within 1-2 business days. It takes 3-5 working days for delivery post dispatch via our logistics partners. 

Once you place an order, we are unable to make changes, cancel, or alter your order.

Please enter your address carefully, we're is not responsible for lost package due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Please check the Parcel before accepting it from the delivery agent. In case you suspect that the parcel has been tampered with, do not accept the same and refuse it, to avoid liability. We also recommend that you take an video while opening the parcel, as this would help as proof in case of a mismatch or theft during logistics.

The time stated above are estimates and in rare cases there may be some operating delays. In such rare cases, we would request your patience in getting the order delivered to you.
